This week we have had the pleasure of Gabi Axford at the workshop. This young lady is a keen car and bike enthusiast and has come in to shadow and work on various projects that we have in the workshop at present.

We are very lucky in where our shop is located as it is next door to AWM Sport which specialises in Porsche and Porsche engine rebuilds and on the other side is Eden Custom Cycles, specialising in Harley Davidson motorbikes, so Gabi is in the perfect place to learn.

Her first introduction was to start paint prep work on a long term project - Ford Fairlane. Working with Peter, they managed to start sorting the rust and dents out and putting the car in 1st stage primer. Allan from AWM Sport then borrowed Gabi to show her the in's and out's of a Porsche engine rebuild. Then it was back to the grindstone and sanding the Fairlane down (not her favourate job).....Gotta start somewhere....
